Our Philosophy
Printer friendly page of this article.

Our philosophy is simple: Provide the best drunk driving defense possible for our clients at a fair price. To accomplish that goal, we discuss up front with each client the ramifications of a drunk driving conviction, the client's desired outcome, and the respective costs and attorney fees that will be incurred given any course of defense.
We work hard on every drunk driving case that we have in our office, and we successfully take many cases to trial. We are also fair to our clients, understanding that some of our clients do not want to take their case to trial. Whether it's because the client cannot afford a trial or because they want to receive the best possible outcome without the risk of going to trial, we do our best to give the client honest, experienced advice.
Nevertheless, it needs to be emphasized that good results require as much dedication from the client as from the client's attorney. In order to produce tangible results in a drunk driving case, numerous court appearances may be required in order to obtain the necessary evidence, challenge contested matter prior to trial, and to establish whether the police and prosecuting attorney have a viable case. Investigators may be employed to provide critical evidence in court. If experts are required, the client must be able to afford the cost of those experts. It is never inexpensive or easy to defend a drunk driving charge when every aspect of the case is covered in depth.
